Very seamless logistics. The podcast was high quality and provided a solid historical framework for the visit.

I didn’t realize we needed to bring our own headphones until we arrived. Trying to listen to a podcast by holding the phone to my ear in a loud crowded tourist spot was completely frustrating.

The stories were engaging but the instructions on where to stand for each chapter were very vague. We spent half the time wandering around looking for the specific statues the narrator was referencing.

Good historical facts but the app crashed twice during our visit. It’s a great concept to tour at your own pace but they really need to work out the software bugs before charging this much.

Total disappointment. The audio file kept buffering and the ambient noise inside the cathedral made it impossible to hear without noise-canceling headphones which weren’t mentioned in the booking.
