Effective Date: 09/03/2026

1. Introduction

1.1. Welcome to ticketsnotredamedeparis.com (the “Website”). This Website is owned and operated by Smart-Trip, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Dubai Internet City (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1.2. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Website and the purchase or booking of packages, tours, digital experiences, concierge services, and third-party supplied packages related to Notre-Dame de Paris, its surroundings, and associated visitor experiences (together, the “Packages”).

1.3. By accessing the Website, creating an account (if applicable), or purchasing a Package, you (“you”, “your”, “User”, “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use this Website.

1.4. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise expressly stated in these Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1. The Website provides an online platform through which users may browse information about and purchase:
(a) Packages operated directly by us; and/or
(b) Packages supplied in whole or in part by third-party partners or suppliers identified on the relevant product page, at checkout, or in the Travel Documents, including but not limited to Skyline Access.

2.2. Depending on the selected Package, the Package may include one or more of the following:
(a) digital content, including podcasts, storyboards, audio guides, or similar materials;
(b) concierge, assistance, coordination, or organisational services;
(c) guided services where expressly stated;
(d) facilitation, on your behalf, of a reservation, time slot, or official ticket through the relevant official operator; and/or
(e) third-party supplied services or content.

2.3. We do not operate Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Bell Towers, or any other public monument or official site. Any physical admission to Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Bell Towers, or related areas is managed exclusively by the relevant official French operators, public authorities, or site managers.

2.4. Our role is limited to the services described in the Package. Unless expressly stated otherwise on the Website or at checkout, we sell Packages and not standalone admission rights in our own name.

2.5. Transparency Notice.
We operate as a concierge, organisational, and digital-content provider. Where a Package includes assistance with securing an official reservation, time slot, or ticket, such booking is made through the relevant official operator’s system or through the relevant third-party supplier acting on your behalf or on our behalf for fulfilment purposes.

2.6. The Package price covers the value of the services and content included in the Package, such as digital content, support, concierge services, and organisational services. Where an official operator ticket or reservation is required for the experience, it is provided to you free of charge as part of the Package purchase and is in no way billed separately to the customer.

2.7. Free Cathedral Access Disclaimer.
General entry to Notre-Dame Cathedral is generally free and may be booked directly through the official Cathedral reservation system when such booking is made available by the Cathedral. Where our Package includes assistance in obtaining a Cathedral time slot, this assistance forms part of the Package’s concierge and organisational services.

2.8. Third-Party Supplier Packages.
Some Packages offered on the Website may be supplied in whole or in part by third-party suppliers, including Skyline Access. In such cases:
(a) the Package description will identify the nature of the third-party supplied component where applicable;
(b) digital content may be created, owned, or delivered by the third-party supplier;
(c) concierge or reservation support may be performed by the third-party supplier;
(d) additional supplier-specific conditions may apply to the relevant Package or Package component and may be communicated on the product page, at checkout, or in your confirmation email.

2.9. Where a third-party supplier fulfills all or part of a Package, we may provide your booking information and necessary personal data to that supplier strictly for fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, and booking administration purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Booking Process

3.1. To purchase a Package, you must select the desired date, time slot, period, language, or number of participants, as applicable to that Package.

3.2. You must provide accurate and complete personal information required for fulfilment, including the lead customer’s name, email address, phone number, payment details, and any participant information required by the relevant operator or supplier.

3.3. By submitting a booking request and completing payment, you make an offer to purchase the selected Package under these Terms. All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by us.

3.4. A booking confirmation (“Booking Confirmation”) will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your payment has been successfully processed. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of your order and formation of the contract.

3.5. Where the Package includes a reservation, time slot, or ticket arranged through an official operator or third-party supplier, the Travel Documents may include:
(a) the official booking reference and/or QR code, if and when successfully obtained;
(b) the booked date and time;
(c) access conditions imposed by the official operator or supplier; and
(d) any special instructions regarding arrival time, security, identity checks, or access restrictions.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. All prices displayed on the Website are in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), unless otherwise specified.

4.2. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and standard booking fees unless expressly stated otherwise before checkout.

4.3. Package prices may include:
(a) digital content;
(b) concierge and organisational services;
(c) guided or support services where applicable; and
(d) where applicable, the cost of an official operator reservation or ticket arranged as part of the Package.

4.4. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Package prices do not include transport, accommodation, personal expenses, or services not specifically described in the Package.

4.5. Payment must be made using one of the accepted payment methods displayed at checkout.

4.6. You warrant that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that all payment information provided is accurate.

4.7. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before a booking is confirmed. Once a Booking Confirmation has been issued, the price is fixed for that booking, except in the case of manifest error.

4.8. Anti-Fraud and Chargeback Management.
We may conduct reasonable anti-fraud checks, including 3-D Secure, identity verification, payer verification, and device or transaction analysis. We may cancel and refund bookings where fraud is suspected or verification fails. In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, we may provide relevant evidence to banks, payment processors, and card schemes, including order details, server-level email delivery logs, IP/device data, records of digital-content access, and booking fulfilment records.

5. Booking Confirmation, Digital Content and Travel Documents

5.1. Booking Confirmations, digital-content access details, and any reservation, ticket, or QR code details (together, the “Travel Documents”) are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

5.2. It is your responsibility to provide a correct and accessible email address and to ensure that your mailbox can receive our messages and those of our suppliers.

5.3. We are not responsible for non-receipt of Travel Documents caused by incorrect email addresses, full inboxes, spam filtering, firewall restrictions, or other customer-side technical issues.

5.4. If your Package includes timed access, reserved entry, or an official ticket, you must present the relevant Travel Documents at the access point, meeting point, or official checkpoint at the date and time indicated.

5.5. Punctuality and Compliance.
You are solely responsible for respecting the meeting time, check-in time, and all instructions stated in your Travel Documents or communicated by us, the supplier, guide, or official operator. Late arrival or failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or loss of the service, without refund except where required by applicable law.

5.6. Proof of Delivery.
Electronic delivery is deemed completed when the email containing the Travel Documents is accepted by the recipient’s email server, as shown by our server-level delivery logs or those of our authorised service providers.

5.7. If you do not receive your Travel Documents within a reasonable time after payment, you must contact customer support promptly at [email protected]. Any issue relating to non-receipt must be reported within 48 hours of booking or, for last-minute purchases, before the scheduled service time.

6. Validity, Conduct and Restrictions

6.1. Each Package is valid only for the specific date, time, period, and conditions stated in the Travel Documents.

6.2. Bookings are personal and may not be resold, transferred, or used for commercial redistribution unless expressly authorised by us in writing.

6.3. You must comply with all rules, regulations, safety instructions, and access conditions imposed by the relevant official operator, supplier, guide, or site manager, including rules regarding punctuality, prohibited items, behaviour, photography, dress code, and security screening.

6.4. Access to certain areas may involve stairs, narrow passages, standing, heights, crowds, weather exposure, or reduced accessibility. You are responsible for ensuring that you and your participants are physically and medically able to take part in the selected experience.

6.5. Access, itineraries, opening conditions, viewpoints, or available areas may be modified, restricted, delayed, or cancelled due to restoration works, weather, official regulations, strikes, security measures, religious events, operational decisions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6.6. Booking Mandate.
Where a Package includes assistance in securing a reservation, time slot, or official ticket, you expressly authorise us and, where applicable, our third-party suppliers including Skyline Access, to:
(a) use the personal data you provide to request or complete bookings in your name or on your behalf;

(c) accept the official operator’s or supplier’s booking conditions to the extent necessary to complete the booking; and
(d) communicate with you regarding fulfilment of the Package.

6.7. You acknowledge that physical admission to the relevant monument or area remains under the exclusive control of the official operator or public authority in charge of the site.

7.1. General Policy.
Subject to applicable UAE consumer law, Packages are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, especially once:

(c) third-party fulfilment has commenced.

7.2. Cancellation or Unavailability by the Official Operator or Supplier.
If an official operator or third-party supplier cancels, closes, or materially restricts the booked service, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you with any rescheduling or refund options available to us from the relevant operator or supplier.

7.3. Where we receive a refundable amount from the relevant operator or supplier in relation to your booking, we may pass that amount to you less any irrecoverable fees, already-performed service components, digital content already made available, or other non-recoverable costs, subject to applicable law.

7.4. Cancellation by You / No-Show.
If you cancel your booking or fail to appear at the required access point, meeting point, or check-in time, you will generally not be entitled to any refund, except where otherwise required by law or expressly stated during checkout.

Changes to date, time, participant details, language, or other booking elements may be impossible or subject to availability and additional fees. We do not guarantee that any requested change can be made after booking.

7.6. If we cancel a Package operated directly by us before fulfilment begins, you will be offered either a reasonable alternative, a rescheduled date, or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled Package, subject to applicable law.

7.7. Your statutory rights under UAE consumer protection law remain unaffected.
