4. Pricing and Payment
• 4.1. All Tour prices are listed on the Website in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise specified.

5. Booking Confirmation and Tour Participation

6. Tour Validity, Conduct, and Restrictions

• 6.2. Bookings are personal and may not be resold or transferred without our prior written consent. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in cancellation of the booking without refund or compensation.
• 6.3. Participants must adhere to the instructions of the tour guide and comply with all rules and regulations of the Notre Dame de Paris site. Appropriate behaviour is expected. We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove a participant from a Tour if their conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates site regulations, without any refund.

Cathedral Access Booking Mandate: For the specific purpose of accessing Notre Dame Cathedral,by purchasing a package on our website, you authorize us (Tourmaster) to book any required reserved access slots or timed entry reservations for the Cathedral on your behalf. We provide this booking service free of charge as an included component of your purchased package to facilitate your experience. We remind you that general access to Notre Dame Cathedral itself is typically free.
7. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
• 7.1. General Policy: Subject to UAE Consumer Protection Law, purchased Tour bookings are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please review your selection carefully before completing your booking.
• 7.2. Cancellation by Us: If we are forced to cancel a Tour (e.g., due to guide illness, insufficient number of participants for group tours if applicable, unforeseen site closure, or force majeure events), you will be offered the choice of rescheduling to an alternative date/time (subject to availability) or receiving a full refund of the amount paid for the Tour. We will notify affected participants via email regarding the cancellation and available options.
• 7.3. Cancellation by You / No-Show: If you cancel your booking or fail to arrive at the designated meeting point on time (no-show), you will generally not be entitled to a refund. Any exceptions (e.g., partial refund for cancellation with significant advance notice) would be specified clearly during the booking process or are at our sole discretion, unless required by law.
• 7.4. Significant Tour Alteration: If we make a significant change to the booked Tour itinerary or schedule before the tour starts (not due to on-the-day site restrictions), we will inform you, and you may be offered the option to accept the change, reschedule, or receive a refund, subject to applicable UAE laws.
• 7.5. Consumer Rights: Your statutory rights under the UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection are not affected by these Terms. If the service provided is fundamentally different from what was described or defective, you may have rights to a refund or remedy as prescribed by law.

• 10.4. Our total liability in connection with a Tour booked through the Website is limited to the price paid for that Tour booking.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Website or your participation in a Tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of UAE law (such as liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence).  
• 10.6. We are not responsible for the rules, regulations, opening hours, or access restrictions imposed by the official management of the Notre Dame de Paris site.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.  
• 13.2. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation.
• 13.3. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within ninety (90) days, the parties irrevocably agree that the Courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.  
14. Amendments to Terms
• 14.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website.
